One hand of the dummy is built in the body while the second lower hand extends out from said body. The upper part of a hockey stick is built in the body and extends between both hands. The lower freely protruding part of the hockey stick is attached to the dummy via a spring link allowing enough flexibility for the stick lower part to be slightly deflected about the spring link when hit.
