Abstract: An automated data reporting system collects, stores, analyzes, and reports health related data. The system includes a processor, a memory device coupled to the processor, a communication device coupled to the processor and the memory device, that enables communication via the communication network, a relational database that is stored and updated in the memory device, and an application program that is executed by the processor from the memory device.
