    Abstract: A control method and system for preventing a vehicle from rolling backwards down a slope and a vehicle including a system are provided. The control method includes sensing the number of revolutions per minute (RPM) of a motor connected to a driving shaft of the vehicle and comparing the sensed RPM of the motor with a preset RPM to determine whether the vehicle begins to roll backwards. In response to determining that the vehicle begins to roll backwards, driving torque is applied to the motor to prevent the vehicle from rolling backwards.
