    Abstract: A protective film for a solar cell including a barrier film having a multilayer structure in which a substrate layer, an organic-inorganic hybrid layer and an inorganic barrier layer are sequentially stacked and a fluorine-based polymer layer, and a solar cell including the same are provided. Here, at least one of the substrate layer, the organic-inorganic hybrid layer, the inorganic barrier layer and the fluorine-based polymer layer includes at least one of a UV stabilizer and a UV absorbent. The protective film for a solar cell can prevent degradation of efficiency of a solar cell module due to oxygen and moisture penetration, and can prevent degradation of performance of the protective film caused by UV rays, and thus can significantly improve efficiency and lifespan of the solar cell module.
