The extending bar may be coupled to a driving unit disposed on a front of the carrier and extend rearward from the driving unit and be connected to the panel. The extending linkage may include a plurality of links on the the extending bar which open laterally away from the extending bar when the driving unit operates. The support unit may be connected to the links and moves laterally with the links. The lamps may be mounted on the support unit and slide laterally with the support unit.
