    Abstract: There is provided a method of communicating vehicle data for vehicle control. The method includes (a) generating a multicast key and transmitting it to the vehicle in a multicast manner, (b) obtaining a hash key and an encryption key based on the multicast key and unique identification information of the vehicle, and (c) obtaining vehicle data by signal processing and combining first to n-th partition data of the vehicle data transmitted from the vehicle (ā€œnā€ is an integer equal to or greater than 2). The i-th partition data includes i-th serial number information, an i-th MAC chaining value, i-th payload information, and an i-th MAC tag (ā€œiā€ is an integer from 1 to n). The method further includes (c-1) receiving the i-th partition data, (c-2) authenticating the i-th partition data, and (c-3) decrypting the i-th payload information using the encryption key when the i-th partition data is authenticated.

    Abstract: There is provided a device for transmitting a push-to-talk message. The device includes a communication interface, and an operation processor that transmits a first segment group of the PTT message among segments of the PTT message to first to n-th PTT devices through the communication interface; transmits a heartbeat signal to the first to n-th PTT devices through the communication interface; receives an i-th response signal to the heartbeat signal from an i-th PTT device through the communication interface; allocates, based on the i-th response signal, the i-th PTT device to a first group to which a second segment group of the PTT message is transmitted without any conversion or a second group to which data obtained by converting the second segment group is transmitted; and transmits the second segment group to the first group and the data to the second group through the communication interface.

The method includes: (a) establishing a first encryption scheme, a data integrity checking scheme, an encryption key and an authentication key through a communication connection with a receiver; (b) generating a random key; (c) generating secure data including random key information obtained by encrypting the random key using the encryption key and the first encryption scheme; authentication information generated based on the random key, the data integrity checking scheme and the authentication key; and data information obtained by encrypting data using the random key and a second encryption scheme whose operation load is lower than that of the first encryption scheme; and (d) transmitting the secure data to the receiver.

    Abstract: According to one aspect of the technique of the present disclosure, there is provided a device in a network including: a storage in a secure zone to store encryption algorithms, information generators, and keys; and an operation processor in the secure zone. When the device operates as a master device, the operation processor selects at least one of an encryption algorithm, an information generator or a key used for encrypted communication within the network, generates profile information including at least one of identification information of the encryption algorithm, the information generator or the key, and transmits the profile information to another device in the network. When the device does not operate as the master device, the operation processor receives the profile information from the master device, and designates based thereon at least one of the encryption algorithm, the information generator or the key used for the encrypted communication.
