The foldable cover window includes a flexible film and a first hard coating layer located on the flexible film with the first hard coating layer including a base material in combination with a linker material. The base material is a siloxane-based resin and the linker material is one of: a urethane-acrylic-based linker, an acrylic-based linker, and an epoxy-based linker.

Abstract: A hairpin twisting device of a hairpin winding motor includes a fixing jig on which a stator core is seated, the stator core including a plurality of slots positioned through the stator core in a circumferential direction and including a plurality of layers positioned in the slot in a radial direction, and a twisting module positioned under the fixing jig and rotated in a predetermined direction to twist hairpins while clamping respective end portions of the plurality of hairpins inserted into the plurality of slots.

Abstract: In an embodiment a method includes cutting a material coil by a predetermined length, forming a vertex and inclined portions on the material coil, loading the vertex and the inclined portion so as to be interposed between an upper mold and a lower mold, forming the vertex into a front/rear bent portion so that the inclined portions are positioned on different lines based on the vertex by combining the upper and lower molds, loading ends of the inclined portions so as to be interposed between clamping pins and rotating a clamping part so that the inclined portions are rounded in front and rear directions.

Abstract: A hairpin type of stator coil forming apparatus includes a first forming machine configured to form a vertex in a material coil so that a central portion of the material coil protrudes upward, and to form inclined portions inclined to both sides of the vertex, a second forming machine configured to receive the material coil bent-formed by the first forming machine and to form a front/rear bent portion in the material coil by bending one inclined portion and a portion of the other inclined portion based on the vertex, and a third forming machine configured to receive the material coil bent-formed by the second forming machine and to roundly form the inclined portions in front and rear directions.
