Abstract: The invention refers to an absorbent product including a liquid permeable apertured top sheet facing the wearer during use, and a liquid-impermeable back sheet facing away from the wearer during use, whereby longitudinally extending textile-like edges are positioned on both longitudinal sides of the top sheet whereby the textile-like edges comprise apertures. Hereby, the textile-like edges will amongst others have the capacity to transport moisture that is formed at the interface between the textile-like edges and the wearer skin. Further, the apertures will allow a certain acquisition, i.e., liquid can be transported to the absorbent structure of the product.
