The system also includes an inferior disk coupled with the rod, proximate the first end of the rod, and a superior disk with an orifice through a central region of the superior disk. The orifice is sized to allow the superior disk to engage the threaded portion and movably couple the superior disk to the rod. The system further includes an installation tool having a central cavity. The installation tool is configured to engage the superior disk and the threaded portion, such that rotation of the installation tool in a first direction directs the superior disk toward the inferior disk.
