    Abstract: A testing circuit for multiple SMs of a cascaded converter and a control method thereof are provided. A current generator generates a testing current flowing into a testing module group. The testing module group includes two series-connected testing arms that each contains multiple SMs, or in an alternative way, the testing module group is composed of one or multiple testing units connected in series, and each testing unit includes two testing SMs connected in series reversely. The testing circuit the control method thereof realizes a mission profile emulation of the multiple SMs of the cascaded converter in both inverting and rectifying modes simultaneously to improve a test efficiency. A reverse series connection structure of the two testing SMs offsets a DC component in a capacitor voltage to reduce a power supply voltage required for a test. Dynamic and static control methods under different modulations for the test circuit are provided.

Neutralizing electrons are injected by the electron gun for the high-energy electron injection and an inner electron gun for electron injection in the spherical net into the spherical net and between the spherical net and the anode of the inertial electrostatic confinement fusion apparatus, thereby reducing or eliminating a space charge force generated by deuterium ions, and increasing the deuterium ion density in the spherical net, so that neutron yield and a profit-loss ratio can be increased.

    Abstract: Morpholino antisense oligos (Morpholinos) are a class of synthetic non-ionic molecules, each designed to very specifically bind to a selected complementary RNA sequence (targeted RNA transcript). Custom-sequence Morpholinos are used in a broad range of biological research areas, as well as for therapeutic applications in vivo (in living animals such as humans). For most in vivo applications the “bare” Morpholino (FIG. 1a) is linked to a cationic delivery component to give a “delivery-enabled” Morpholino (FIG. 1b) with significantly improved delivery efficiency. However, cytosolic delivery was still markedly less than expected. Then recently we discovered that by adding a special disconnect component between the Morpholino component and the cationic delivery component (FIG. 1c), the cytosolic delivery efficiency for the Morpholino was dramatically increased (about a 1,000% increase in delivery efficiency).

In those embodiments, an electronic device obtains a delivery message of a first package that is sent by a server, where the delivery message includes pickup information of the first package and location information of a locker in which the first package is placed, and the pickup information is used to open a pickup box in which the first package is placed in the locker. The electronic device then determines a first area based on the location information, where the locker is located in the first area; and displays a pickup function item when it is detected that the electronic device enters the first area. Still in those embodiments, the electronic device sends a locker opening request to the server when it is detected that a user triggers the pickup function item.

The method further comprises determining that the candidate weight matrix is available to be employed in a new formal iteration in response to the testing loss value being applicable.     Abstract: An electrode structure of a flow battery. A density of the vertical tow in the electrode fiber is larger than the density of the parallel tow. In the electrode fiber per unit volume, the quantity ratio of the vertical tow to the parallel tow is at least 6:4. The electrode structure includes an odd number of layers of the electrode fibers, and the porosity of other layers is larger than that of the center layer. The electrode structure includes the vertical tows, so that, the contact area between the outer surface of the electrode and the adjacent component is increased and the contact resistance is reduced; the electrode has good mechanical properties; the contact resistance of such structure is reduced by 30%-50%; and the layers of the electrode have different thickness depending on the porosity. After compression, the layers with optimized thickness have a consistent porosity.

    Abstract: A direct structured illumination microscopy (dSIM) reconstruction method is provided. First, a time domain modulation signal is extracted through a wavelet. Then, an incoherent signal is converted into a coherent signal. Next, an accumulation amount at each pixel is calculated. Finally, a super-resolution image is generated by using a correlation between signals at different spatial positions. An autocorrelation algorithm of dSIM is insensitive to an error of a reconstruction parameter. dSIM bypasses a complex frequency domain operation in structured illumination microscopy (SIM) image reconstruction, and prevents an artifact caused by the parameter error in the frequency domain operation. The dSIM algorithm has high adaptability and can be used in laboratory SIM, nonlinear SIM imaging systems, or commercial systems.

    Abstract: A method of removing a metal-containing layer (e.g., tungsten) from a substrate is provided. The method includes generating a first plasma in a process volume of a plasma chamber when a patterned device is disposed on a substrate support in the process volume. The patterned device includes a patterned region and an unpatterned region; a substrate; a tungsten-containing layer formed over the substrate; a supporting layer disposed between the tungsten-containing layer and the substrate. The patterned region includes exposed surfaces of the supporting layer and the unpatterned region does not include any exposed surfaces of the supporting layer. The method further includes depositing a first film over the patterned region of the tungsten-containing layer with the first plasma; and removing portions of the unpatterned region of the tungsten-containing layer with the first plasma without depositing the first film over the unpatterned region.
