    Abstract: Disclosed is a standard size electrical end plate with a built in photosensor and light emitting diode (LED), which connect to a power supply/trigger circuit that taps electrical power from a standard electrical box. The photosensor in conjunction with a transistor in the trigger circuit, controls the LED so that when sufficient light is present, no current flows to the LED and it is turned off, and also to insure that when low light conditions are present, current now flows to the LED and it is turned on.
