  • Publication number: 20240117359
Abstract: The present invention relates to novel targeted anti-cancer therapeutic approach. It is a plasmid-based delivery of dCas9 (dead Cas9) conjugated K293R TRF2 (telomeric repeat-binding factor2) along with a guide RNA for suppressing IL1R1 (interleukin 1 receptor type 1) activation in the tumour microenvironment. The present invention can be independently used in cancer therapy or can be used combined with other immune checkpoint therapy. Due to the use of dCas9 (dead Cas9) and sgRNA (short guide RNA), the present invention has limited or no off-target effect.

  • Patent number: 11397630
Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for improving the availability of API endpoints in container orchestration platforms. A service request handler module of a microservice application programming interface (API) fault manager (MAFM) invokes a microservice API fault management service in response to detecting an unresponsive microservice managed by a container orchestration platform. An API inspection module of the MAFM identifies an unresponsive API of the unresponsive microservice. A remedial action module of the MAFM determines a remedial action to correct an unresponsive state of the unresponsive API. A container platform interface module of the MAFM communicates the remedial action to the container orchestration platform.

  • Publication number: 20130247136
Abstract: A method, an apparatus and an article of manufacture for automated validation of compliance in a cloud server. The method includes remotely accessing a target cloud server to discover at least one configuration setting of the target cloud server, integrating the at least one configuration setting from the target cloud server with information from at least one back-end tool to produce compliance evidence, and automatically answering a set of at least one checklist question for activation compliance validation of the target cloud server based on the compliance evidence.
