    Abstract: A film feeding device for a single layer color film packaging machine includes a primary frame on which is installed a sealing cutter, an arm extending from the primary frame for mounting a roll of film which has an end extending through between two first rollers, one of the rollers being driven by an electric motor, a secondary frame mounted on one side of the primary frame, a micro-switch installed on the secondary frame, a movable rod movably mounted on the secondary frame so that when a packaging film is pulled upwardly by articles, the movable rod will be moved upwardly to leave the micro-switch thereby turning on a first electric motor to drive the first rollers to feed a predetermined length of the packaging film for packaging the articles, another end of the packaging film under the primary frame being moved by second rollers driven by a second electric motor, the articles being fed by a conveyor belt onto a platform and then wrapped by the packaging film.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a packing, sealing and cutting machine for plastic film comprising a film-delivery device mounted with a film tension adjusting button and a rolling needle delivery shaft such that the film is provided with a plurality of holes during the delivering of the film. A separation rod and an electrostatic elimination rod are provided along the path of the delivering of the film so that the delivery of the film is smooth. The front delivery seat is positioned by a teethed rack to adjust the movement of the packed object. The sealing and cutting knife driving device drive the vertical and horizontal knife to seal and to cut the film after an object is packed.

    Abstract: A packing machine is equipped with an improved hole punching device and an adjustable sealing mechanism. The hole punching device is equipped with a roller shaft having a number of spaced grooves for respectively housing a number of corresponding seats on which punching needles are secured so as to make a roll of film continually delivered for packing purpose to be punched with air passage holes; and an adjustable L-shaped locking device is fixed to the underside of a delivery set so as to make the delivery set easily adjusted and positioned in practical operation in proper alignment with the sealing mechanism. A piston connected sealing mechanism making the same opened and closed repeatedly can be adjusted of the opening extent by way of a wheel controlled screw rod with which the piston is engaged so as to permit articles of different sizes to be accommodated with readiness.

    Abstract: An automatic packing and sealing machine comprising a front conveyor set, a fast locating device for quickly adjusting and locating the front conveyor set and a sensing device for sensing an article passing therethrough. The sensing device employs a close contact block and a shade board connected therewith. The close contact block is upward swung by the passing article to make the shade board shade a close contact switch so as to actuate a sealing blade for sealing operation. An auxiliary film-pulling device is used to pull the plastic film so as to avoid that an excessively high article cannot be actually clamped by a clamping device and the plastic film packing the article loosen therefrom or the sealing portion is crimped. An elevator device is used to adjust the level of the sealing blade seat to suit various heights of the packed articles. The sealing blade has an arch joint portion which will not thrust the plastic film during the sealing operation.

    Abstract: An antomatic packing and sealing apparatus, wherein a plastic film drum with plastic film is placed on a first roller shaft and a second roller shaft and between two adjusting sleeve members freely slidably fitted on the second roller shaft, whereby the placement of the plastic film is easy and the position thereof is adjustable. A substantially U-shaped stretching lever is disposed for forcing open the plastic film against the attaching force so as to facilitate the transferring and packing of the plastic film. A blowing tube is diagonally fixed on a frame body under a front conveying belt assembly, whereby an operator is able to blow diagonally inwardly into the plastic film to expand the same permit an article on the front conveying belt assembly to be packed closer to a film-sealing position so as to save material and make the package more impacted.
