Abstract: A primer group for simultaneous detection of 15 porcine pathogens through high-throughput targeted amplicon sequencing and use thereof are provided. The primer group for simultaneous detection of 15 porcine pathogens through high-throughput targeted amplicon sequencing includes: primers having nucleotide sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 302. The nucleotide sequences of pathogenic target genes are set forth in SEQ ID NO: 303 to SEQ ID NO: 344. The primer group of the present invention is used for amplicon sequencing detection analysis method for 42 target genes of 15 porcine respiratory pathogens, has the technical advantages of rapidness, high efficiency, high targeting, strong specificity, and the like, and is suitable for rapid and accurate simultaneous diagnosis of multiple pathogens of diseased pigs in pig farms.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a passive outlier-tolerant and active outlier-tolerant learning method with abnormal samples and a system thereof. The method includes the following steps: (1) judging the distribution of abnormal samples in a train set, and calling a corresponding outlier-tolerant algorithm based on the distribution to carry out feature learning on the sample feature quantity in the train set to obtain an outlier-tolerant learning result; (2) training an initial learning model by using the outlier-tolerant learning result to obtain an intermediate learning model; (3) processing the test set by a preset outlier-correction algorithm to obtain an outlier-corrected test set; (4) testing the intermediate learning model using the outlier-corrected test set to obtain a final learning model. The scheme of the present disclosure can improve the passive outlier tolerance and active outlier tolerance of a machine learning process to abnormal samples.

Abstract: A method for testing a POS machine is applied to the test terminal and includes: obtaining sample data of a magnetic track; outputting a first test level according to the sample data of the magnetic track and generating a magnetic field that varies over time according to the first test level; and obtaining a first operation result generated by a POS machine under test and obtaining a test result of whether the POS machine under test can perform a card swiping operation normally according to the first operation result. The first operation result is an operation result which is generated by the POS machine under test according to an electromagnetic induction effect generated according to the magnetic field that varies over time. By performing the method, operational complexity of testing of the POS machine can be reduced, and the efficiency of testing of the POS machine can be improved.

Abstract: A data communication method includes: acquiring a data subscription list for defining a data transmission relationship between each first device and each second device in the vehicle; establishing, according to the data subscription list, an association between a transmission protocol of a first device and a transmission protocol of a second device having a data transmission relationship with the first device to generate a data distribution list for defining a data transmission requirement between the first device and the second device having the data transmission relationship with the first device; and when data transmitted from at least one first device is received, transmitting data of each of the at least one first device to a second device having a data transmission relationship with the respective first device according to a corresponding data transmission requirement of the data distribution list.

The limiting block can be jacked up by the high pressure of the air inlet and block off the air inlet to stop jetting outwardly when the gas is not exhausted from the air outlet of the valve; and the limiting block can be removed to form a gap between the limiting block and the inlet hole when it is required to jet outwardly.
