Abstract: Some embodiments provide a program that receives from a client device a request for data feed items relevant to a user, determines a set of categories associated with the user, and queries a database for a first set of data feed items specify the user as a recipient of the data feed item. The program retrieves a second set of data feed items from an external content provider. The program modifies relevance scores of the first set of data feed items and the second set of data feed items based on the set of categories associated with the user and a set of factors, generates a result set of data feed items comprising the first and second sets of data feed items ordered based on the modified relevancy scores from highest relevancy score to lowest relevancy score, and provides the result set of data feed items to the client device.

Abstract: An electrical connector generally includes a housing having at least a first electrical terminal and a second electrical terminal. A shorting bar slidably connects to the housing and has at least a first spring portion and a second spring portion. The shorting bar is movable between a shorted condition and a non-shorted condition. The spring portions on the shorting bar are in a relaxed position in the non-shorted condition. Because the connector is typically in the non-shorted condition, the spring portions are less susceptible to stress relaxation.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a workflow and workflow engine. A workflow in accordance with the present invention is a process that gets triggered in response to a predetermined event in a relationship management system. The event could be anything input into the system, such as an incoming interaction like a phone call, a fax, an e-mail, or a web-form submission. In addition an event could be a business events such as an overdue task, an inventory update, a merchandise sale, or an equipment order. A workflow is preferably characterized in terms of a set of steps the workflow is to perform, such as creating or modifying a business object, creating and sending an email or fax, making a decision based on a query, scheduling a timed event, and so on.
