Publication number: 20240095734Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure are presented for an Embedded Data Transaction Exchange Platform (EDT-X) that generates marker data about relevant data of a transaction, and reliably stores the marker data in a permanent data storage, such as a block chain distributed ledger. The EDT-X platform does not generate the actual information that explains who was involved in the transaction or what the contents of the transaction were, but rather generates marker data that can reliably lead to tracing back to that information. The marker data may be permanently stored in a permanent data storage entity, such as a block chain distributed ledger. The data about the content of the transaction may be anonymously stored in a secure database, and the marker data pointing to the content of the transaction may be retrieved from the block chain distributed ledger to look up where the content data is stored in the secure database.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 16, 2023Publication date: March 21, 2024Applicant: TBOL, Inc.Inventors: Shaunt M. Sarkissian, William Dennings, Anthony Watson

Patent number: 11935092Abstract: Example methods, apparatuses, and systems are presented that allows a user to make a secure purchase online, directly through accessing an online advertisement and without being redirected to multiple, cumbersome webpages to process different pieces of information to complete the transaction, while still leveraging existing e-commerce entities, such as existing payment platforms and existing ad/content networks. The present system includes a commerce ads engine (CA engine) that interfaces with the user through an app associated with the CA engine, a tokenization platform for authentication of the user, and a merchant providing relevant offer and check out information about a product being advertised in an online ad.Type: GrantFiled: October 20, 2022Date of Patent: March 19, 2024Assignee: TBOL, Inc.Inventor: Shaunt M. Patent number: 11544712Abstract: Example methods, apparatuses, and systems are presented that allows a consumer to conduct a purchase backed by a volatile currency that is not recognized by a merchant as a valid form of payment, such as a cryptocurrency. A third-party payment system is configured to issue a secure, reliable token to replace a reserved amount of volatile currency that represents a reliable amount of currency that is recognized by the merchant as a valid form of payment. The third-party payment platform may issue the reliable amount of currency in the reliable token based on one or more risk factors associated with the volatile currency. After purchase, the third-party payment platform may perform a consumer settlement process at a later time, including performing a cryptocurrency blockchain verification process that typically takes at least several minutes and would be impractical to perform at the point of sale.Type: GrantFiled: June 11, 2018Date of Patent: January 3, 2023Assignee: TBOL INC.Inventors: Shaunt M. Sarkissian, William Dennings, Michael Valasanyan, Luis Miguel Prata Ramos

Publication number: 20210328973Abstract: Disclosed are systems, servers and methods for a novel, multifactor-token based framework for securely executing electronic transactions while protecting user and transactional data related to and/or communicated during the transactions. The disclosed systems and methods enable an on-demand multifactor token to be generated for electronic transactions, whereby the tokens can be specific to a type of transaction, a type of entity and/or other party involved, and the like. The disclosed tokens can be relayed between users and the parties they are interacting with rather than personally identifiable information, which ensures a user's data is securely maintained and prevented from undesired exposure on a network.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 14, 2021Publication date: October 21, 2021Inventors: Shaunt M. Publication number: 20190236575Abstract: In various embodiments, the present invention is directed to a computer-implemented method for a track data point-of-sale platform. The computer-implemented method comprises receiving a transaction request by a processor configured to process point-of sale transactions. The transaction request comprises at least one parameter associated with a payment instrument configured for use in the point-of-sale transaction. The computer-implemented method further comprises identifying, by the processor, a transaction request type characterized by an identifier in at least one parameter associated with the payment instrument. The computer-implemented method further comprises processing, by the processor, the transaction request, according to the transaction request type. The computer-implemented method further comprises generating, by the processor, a response to the transaction request.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 26, 2018Publication date: August 1, 2019Applicant: Uphold, Inc.Inventors: Shaunt M.
