Abstract: A mobile video eyewear data receiving and transmitting system that receives and transmits data that enables users to view data and video content on a large virtual display screen without obstructing vision of the surrounding environment. Data that is received by the mobile video eyewear permits users access to the internet, GPS, email, TV, documents, music videos, video content, virtual reality, video gaming, data transmission, and video cellular communications.

Abstract: A system for classifying information comprises a group of at least four impact factors that includes confidentiality, legal applicability, integrity, and availability (130,140,150,160). The system also includes an impact level assigned to at least one impact factor in the group of at least four impact factors; and a classification level based upon a set of zero or more impact factors from the group of at least four impact factors. Inclusion of each impact factor in the set of zero or more impact factors is based at least in part upon a comparison of the impact level assigned to each impact factor to a predetermined impact level. Methods of using the system are also provided.
