  • Publication number: 20200211132
Abstract: A system and method for computerized method for generating a probability score indicative of a probability that an owner will sell a real estate property, comprising: collecting from data sources a set of data associated with a plurality of owners and a plurality of commercial real estate properties (CREs) related thereto, based on a data item indicating a type of a desirable CRE; analyzing the collected set of data using a machine learning technique executed by a computer; determining, based on the analysis, a desirable CRE, and an owner associated with the desirable CRE; determining a probability that the owner will sell the desirable CRE with a certainty level above a predetermined threshold within a predefined time period; and generating, based on the analysis, a probability score that is indicative of the probability that the owner is likely to sell the desirable CRE within the predefined time period.

  • Publication number: 20190130505
Abstract: A method and system analyzing transactional data are provided. The method includes gathering transaction data related to a first physical entity; extracting a first set of features representing the first entity; gathering transaction data related to a second physical entity, wherein the at least one second physical entity is indirectly related to the first physical entity; extracting at least a second set of features associated with the at least one second physical entity; matching the first set of features to the second set features; and clustering the first set of features and the second set of features, when the first set of features matches the second set of features.

  • Patent number: 10229523
Abstract: Technologies are generally described for systems and methods effective to detect an alteration in augmented reality. A processor may receive a real image that corresponds to a real object and may receive augmented reality instructions to generate a virtual object. The processor may determine that the virtual object at least partially obscures the real object when the virtual object is rendered on a display. The processor may, upon determining that the virtual object at least partially obscures the real object when the virtual object is rendered on the display, simulate an activity on the real object to produce a first activity simulation and simulate the activity on the virtual object to produce a second activity simulation. The processor may determine a difference between the first and the second activity simulation and modify the augmented reality instructions to generate a modified virtual object in response to the determination of the difference.

  • Publication number: 20180276326
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided that are effective to generate an alarm for a vehicle. The methods include receiving, by a device, a first sensor value from a first sensor for the vehicle. The methods further include receiving, by the device, a second sensor value from a second sensor for the vehicle. The methods further include retrieving, by the device, an instruction from a memory disposed in the vehicle while the memory is in a write-protected mode. The methods further include evaluating, by the device, the first sensor value and the second sensor value based on the instruction. The methods further include determining, by the device, that the first sensor value is outside a range associated with the first sensor based on the evaluation. The methods further include transforming, by the device, the determination into an alarm.

  • Publication number: 20170278417
Abstract: Methods of and systems for relating patterns of eye movement to aspects of test performance are described. Measurable eye movement patterns in relation to a test potentially reflect problem solving strategies used by a test taker. In some embodiments, movement patterns are evaluated to indicate a level of engagement with the material. Potentially, this provides a basis for flagging test cheating, and/or identification of weaknesses in test taking skills. In some embodiments, non-eye movement behaviors are monitored. In some embodiments, monitored behaviors are used as an auxiliary to the test itself—for example, to augment scoring, and/or to reduce dependence of test results on test skills as such.

  • Patent number: 9064185
Abstract: Technology is disclosed for preventing classification of objects, e.g., in an augmented reality system. The technology can identify a set of objects to be classified, determine whether context information for one or more objects in the identified set of objects to be classified is identified as not to be employed during classification, and during classification of two different objects, include context information for one object but not the other.
