    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for switching a secondary cell to a primary cell. A user equipment (UE) monitors a first radio condition of the UE for beams of a primary cell and a second radio condition for beams of one or more secondary cells configured for the UE in carrier aggregation. The UE transmits a request to configure a candidate beam of at least one candidate secondary cell as a new primary cell in response to the first radio condition not satisfying a first threshold and the second radio condition for the at least one candidate secondary cell satisfying a second threshold. A base station determines to reconfigure at least one secondary cell as the new primary cell. The base station and the UE perform a handover of the UE to the new primary cell.

Two gaskets are in close contact with two opposite side surfaces of the valve ball, so that the valve ball can rotate around a fixed point in the valve chamber. One side of one of the two gaskets abuts against a washer and a compression spring, so that the gasket is elastically pressed against a surface of the valve ball. A valve stem is connected to the valve ball through the valve body for driving the valve ball to rotate, enabling the flow hole to be opened.

    Abstract: An ejector joint structure includes first and second connection members and an ejector. The first connection member has a head portion, a body portion, and a defined-through first channel. The first channel has a stepped portion and forms a thick section and a thin section. The body portion has a through-hole communicating with the thin section. The ejector is movably threaded in the first channel via an abutting rod. The abutting rod has a flange corresponding to the thick section and selectively abutted against the stepped portion to shield the first channel. The second connection member has a sleeve to enclose an outer periphery of the first connection member, and the second connection member is rotatable relative to the first connection member. The sleeve has a second channel communicating with the hollowed space. A sealing member is assembled between the sleeve and the body portion to seal the hollowed space.
