    Abstract: A tiled display device includes two panels and two cover layers respectively disposed on the two panels. The two cover layers include a contact region. A top portion and a bottom portion of the contact region have a height H. One of the two cover layers has a thickness Tn. One of the two panels has a distance Xn between an upper surface of the one of the two panels and the bottom portion of the contact region. The one of the two panels is corresponding to the one of the two cover layers. The height H, the thickness Tn and the distance Xn satisfy the equation: 0<H/(Xn+Tn)<0.8.

For example, the system comprises a wafer drying station configured to dispense a drying gas over one or more wafers to dry the one or more wafers, a valve configured to divert the drying gas to a first portion and a second portion, and an exhaust line configured to exhaust the first portion of the drying gas. The system further comprises a detector configured to receive the second portion of the drying gas and to determine a real time property of the second portion of the drying gas, and a control unit configured to control a feedback operation of the wafer drying station based on the real time property of the second portion of the drying gas.

    Abstract: An RFID tag includes a substrate, a chip, a conductive unit, and an antenna. The substrate is attached to an article. The chip is disposed on the substrate to partition the substrate into a first region on one side of the chip and a second region on the other side of the chip. The conductive unit is coupled electrically to the chip, and is disposed on the substrate to form a loop in cooperation with the chip. The antenna is disposed on the substrate and coupled electrically to the chip. The loop and an area of the substrate encompassed thereby are disposed in the first region, and the antenna is disposed in the second region. Removal of the substrate from the article results in a break in the conductive unit, and the chip is operable to detect the break in the conductive unit.
