Abstract: A gas flow accelerator may include a body portion, and a tapered body portion including a first end integrally formed with the body portion. The gas flow accelerator may include an inlet port connected to the body portion and to receive a process gas to be removed from a semiconductor processing tool by a main pumping line. The semiconductor processing tool may include a chuck and a chuck vacuum line to apply a vacuum to the chuck to retain a semiconductor device. The tapered body portion may be configured to generate a rotational flow of the process gas to prevent buildup of processing byproduct on interior walls of the main pumping line. The gas flow accelerator may include an outlet port integrally formed with a second end of the tapered body portion. An end portion of the chuck vacuum line may be provided through the outlet port.

Abstract: A device and method for generating article markup information are provided. The method for generating article markup information includes the following. Segmentation processing is performed on an article to generate a segmentation result. Name entity recognition is performed on the segmentation result to generate a first recognition result. Whether the segmentation result includes any word in an expansion list is determined. Expanded entity classification conversion is performed on the first recognition result to generate a second recognition result. The second recognition result and the segmentation result are used as markup information.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for switching a secondary cell to a primary cell. A user equipment (UE) monitors a first radio condition of the UE for beams of a primary cell and a second radio condition for beams of one or more secondary cells configured for the UE in carrier aggregation. The UE transmits a request to configure a candidate beam of at least one candidate secondary cell as a new primary cell in response to the first radio condition not satisfying a first threshold and the second radio condition for the at least one candidate secondary cell satisfying a second threshold. A base station determines to reconfigure at least one secondary cell as the new primary cell. The base station and the UE perform a handover of the UE to the new primary cell.

Abstract: An immersion cooling system includes a pressure seal tank, an electronic apparatus, a pressure balance pipe and a relief valve. The pressure seal tank is configured to store coolant. A vapor space is formed in the pressure seal tank above the liquid level of the coolant. The electronic apparatus is completely immersed in the coolant. The pressure balance pipe has a gas collection length. The first port of the pressure balance pipe is disposed on the top surface of the pressure seal tank. The relief valve is disposed on the second port of the pressure balance pipe. The second port is farther away from the top surface of the pressure seal tank than the first port. The gas collection length of the pressure equalization tube allows the concentration of vaporized coolant at the first port to be greater than the concentration of vaporized coolant at the second port.

Abstract: An award collection system and method are disclosed. Firstly, a server device delivers various jigsaw pieces with associated authentication data to a a store device. A customer device is data-linked to the server device so as to locate surrounding general and franchised stores, and determine routes to the stores. After a customer has shopped in a franchised store, the customer device receives a number of jigsaw pieces from the store device. Two near-by customers may exchange their jigsaw pieces through their customer devices. A complete set of jigsaw pieces may be redeemed through the customer device for a reward from the server device. As such business is enhanced and customer patronage is attracted.

Abstract: The messaging system includes a map unit and a messaging unit. The map unit provides and shows the locations of a local user and at least a correspondent. The messaging unit provides two-way communications between the local user and the correspondent. The displays from the map unit and the messaging unit are integrated in a same screen so that the local user and the correspondent may learn the whereabouts of the other party while conducting communications simultaneously.

Abstract: The messaging system allows a user to define multiple and different identifications for communicating with different groups of other users. A configuration unit is for defining and modifying an identification for each group. A selection unit provides a list of identifications for the user to choose. Once an identification is selected, corresponding contacts belonging to the same group is provided by a roster unit. Furthermore, the provided contacts may be sorted in various order to facilitate communications. By changing identifications for different groups of correspondent, the messaging system is friendlier and more convenient.

Abstract: A separable mobile communication device and method are disclosed, including a carrier body, a first wireless receiving/transmitting device arranged in the carrier body, a separable device selectively mountable to the carrier body, and a second wireless receiving/transmitting device arranged in the separable device. The carrier body and the separable device are operable individually. The carrier body further includes a wireless communication module. To use, the separable device is separable from the carrier body for independent use and wireless information transmission may be achieved through the second wireless receiving/transmitting device and the first wireless receiving/transmitting device, so that information of the separable device and the carrier body can synchronized. The separable device is allowed to perform communication and network connection through the wireless communication module so as to allow for reduction of power consumption of the separable device.

Abstract: A recharging device which illuminates by solar energy includes at least a housing in a predetermined special shape. The housing contains a circuit substrate which is electrically connected with a solar energy panel and an accumulator device, an illumination element, a sensor unit module, a recharging stand as well as a photocatalytic sterilization unit which are electrically connected with the circuit substrate; whereas, the circuit substrate is also electrically connected with an external surveillance camera unit and an external recharging stand. Therefore, the recharging device is not only able to recharge an electronic product, but also able to be provided with technical functions of detecting parameters including static, ultraviolet, air pollution, and humiture.
