  • Publication number: 20030131577
Abstract: The present invention refers to a method for twisting and covering interchanged spinning. It utilizes a programmed way to control the ring spinning frame in producing twisted and covered structures thus spinning composite yarns. The method feeds filament or staple yarn into different selected positions in the spinning triangle upon the tension interchange to rapidly spin two different structured yarns, therefore, enriches variety of the woven fabric and increase the industrial value.

  • Publication number: 20020174644
Abstract: This is a fancy yarn spinning device with the number of counts and twisting varying according to the variation of waveforms, designed with pre-defined waveforms, working with fixed cycles, fixed amplitudes, or random cycles, and random amplitudes, which serve as drafting and twisting parameters for the ring spinning machine. This device involves a servomotor and a inverter, for respective control of the revolutions of front, middle, and rear rollers of the ring spinning machine and the spindle, so the drafting rate and twisting of all areas of the ring spinning machine can change continuously with pre-defined settings, to produce yarns with variable number of counts and twisted conditions. The design of variable waveforms can also achieve different touch and visual feelings.

  • Patent number: 5956828
Abstract: The present invention relates to a sanding apparatus used for the production of air textured yarn and false twist yarn. The apparatus comprises a motor, a housing provided with a guide groove, and a frictional disk connected to the motor and enclosed in the housing. The apparatus can be arranged in an intermediate section of the production process to generate short hair on the outer surface of yarn by the contact between the frictional disk and moving yarn. Accordingly the products made by the apparatus have soft tactile feelings when touched.

  • Patent number: 5881547
Abstract: The present invention relates to conducting yarn. The conducting yarn of the invention mainly consists of a strand of nonconductive yarn crossedly wrapped with two stainless steel threads. The yarn made in this way has better softness, high impact strength, and good conducting properties, and is especially adaptable for use in fencing jackets.

  • Patent number: 5774941
Abstract: The invention disclosed a two-head one-cubican drawing system provided with two sets of drafting mechanisms and two coilers. A cubic can is used to receive slivers from two coilers so as to decrease the space occupied by the system and facilitate the arrangement of automatic transportation. Through the control of driving mechanisms by transverse devices, evener drawing frames, and rollers the system can have two slivers equally formed in the cubic can.

  • Patent number: 5699588
Abstract: A device is provided for applying a source of high-voltage static electricity in combination with suction to remove trash and dust from raw cotton in a preparation process before carding. The device includes a pair of plastic plates disposed on opposing ends of a housing. A pair of copper plates extend between the plastic plates and have a plurality of holes formed therethrough. The sources of static electricity are connected to the pair of copper plates and the raw cotton fibers are passed therebetween. A suction of 30-100 Pa is applied within the housing for removal of the trash and dust.
