Abstract: A device for managing the fish-raising circulatory water includes a water-storing tank, a filter, an activated carbon filter, a critical filter, a powerful oxidizing device and an ozone sterilizing device, possible to supply raising water of the best quality according to various requirements, and able to check and test the PH value and the amount of oxygen of the fish-raising water by way of a store barrel connected to the critical filter.

Abstract: A water treating apparatus for raising oxygen solubility in high-purity drinking water includes a high pressure pump for conveying high-purity drinking water treated by an R. O. treatment, or a U. F. treatment, or a distillation treatment, or a purity treatment into a closed container. An ozone injecter injects ozone in the drinking water conveyed by the high pressure pump. A cooler affixed around the closed container cools the water stored therein to a preset value. A supersonic vibrator stirs the stored drinking water so as to raise oxygen solubility in the drinking water stored in the closed container, and to prolong period of time for sterilization.

Abstract: A method for aging a fermented product includes the steps of: (a) cooling the fermented product in a container; (b) introducing ozone in the cooled fermented product for oxidation; and (c) applying an ultrasonic vibration to the container to vibrate and heat the fermented product in step (b) for oxidizing the fermented product. An aging device for a fermented product includes: an aging tank for containing the fermented product, the aging tank having an inlet and an outlet for the fermented product; an ozone supplying unit having an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe which are connected to the aging tank; a cooling unit mounted to the aging tank; an ultrasonic vibration unit mounted to the aging tank; and a thermometer mounted on the aging tank to detect the temperature of the fermented product.
