Abstract: A substituted pyrazolo[1,5-alpyrimidin-7-amine derivative, the structure of which is represented by formula (1), or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, stereoisomers, prodrugs, drug compositions thereof. The derivative has significant CDK9-selective inhibitory activity.

Abstract: A hydraulic jack capable of quickly lifting a load includes a frame (1) mounted with a lifting arm (2), a long connecting rod, a tray (4), a bracket and a hydraulic oil pump (3) for driving the lifting arm (2), and further includes a large pump (11) and a small pump (12) for supplying high pressure oil to the hydraulic oil pump (3). An inner cavity of the large pump (1) and a small pump core are axially connected to a hand press (8) respectively. The inner cavity of the large pump (11) is in communication with a first pressure regulation mechanism (9), and the inner cavity of the small pump (12) is in communication with a second pressure regulation mechanism (10).

Abstract: The present invention relates to an indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase inhibitor having the structure of formula (I), a preparation method therefor, and an application. The IDO inhibitor is an N?-hydroxyl-N-phenylformamidine derivative, which has a high inhibitory activity on IDO, effectively inhibits IDO activity, and may also be used to inhibit patient immunosuppression. The inhibitor may be widely applied to treat or prevent cancers or tumors, viral infections, depression, neurodegenerative disorders, trauma, age-related cataracts, organ transplant rejection or autoimmune diseases, and has the potential to be developed into a new generation of immunosuppressors.
