    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a battery device, a detection method thereof, a method and device for screening battery cells. The characteristic values are determined according to parameters of two peaks in the frequency-domain impedance diagram. The characteristic values may reflect the magnitude of charge transfer impedance and diffusion impedance in each battery cell, then reflect the characteristics of the interface and characteristics of solid phase particles during charging and discharging, and further reflect the health and performance of battery cells. The battery set screened in this way still have good consistency after storage and shelving, and the consistency between battery cells will not deteriorate after storage for a period of time, so that the battery device may have better performance.

The system adopts a dual-input PLL stellate coupled structure or a dual-input PLL butterfly-shaped coupled structure, and delay of the whole loop is made to be an integral multiple of the reference signal by synchronizing the transmitted reference signal with the received reference signal, so as to ensure synchronization of local oscillation signal of each IC chip. The transmission wire based on an adjustable left-handed material is used as a delay wire to connect the dual-input PLL, thereby achieving low loss and reducing the physical distance of the delay wire. The system has the advantages of small area, low loss, strong adaptability and strict synchronization in various environments.

A subset of neighbors for each GNN item node may be selected on an embedding space for aggregation. Attention weights may be assigned for a plurality of layers of the GNN model to mitigate over-smoothing of the GNN model. Loss reweighting may be performed by adjusting weight for each sample item during training the GNN model based on a category of the sample item to focus on learning of long-tail categories.

A low-cost system with a short response time can thus be realized. The target falls with the net at a low velocity under a parachute, and this is desirable in a city environment.
