  • Patent number: 7193158
Abstract: At the tip of a marginal land of a wiring board corresponding to a marginal electrode of a QFP is provided a partly projecting area that projects in a direction away from another land. The partly projecting area and the marginal land can be formed simultaneously and in a block by applying solder through a mask (not shown) on which openings are formed in the shape of the partly projecting area.

  • Patent number: 6939109
Abstract: The present invention provides a system which comprises primary supply pumps and secondary supply pumps and controls pressurized water supply systems, air-conditioning systems, or the like that supply chilled water or hot water using these pumps. In the present invention, calculation is carried out based on measurement signals obtained by measuring pressure, flow rate, open rate of valves, etc. by providing sensors in supply channels.

  • Publication number: 20040252611
Abstract: A disk reproducing device in which a first control part of a first microprocessor determines whether or not the inserted CD is a CD based on the standard specification for CD on the basis of TOC information and track information which are recorded on an inserted CD, and If the first control means determines that the inserted CD is not a CD based on the standard specification, the first control part provides a notification that the inserted CD is a CCCD which is out of the standard specification by a display through a second communication part and a second control part.

  • Publication number: 20040246847
Abstract: A disk reproducing device includes: disk detecting part that detects whether or not a disk storing music data stored in a plurality of directories formed in hierarchical structure is inserted into a deck section; a microprocessor that determines whether or not an operation mode is a scanning search reproduction mode and generates an instruction to start scanning search reproduction of the disk inserted into the deck section for each directory when the operation mode is the scanning search reproduction mode; and reproducing means that selects a directory from the disk on the basis of the instruction from the microprocessor and reproduces a music file at the beginning of the directory for a short time.

  • Publication number: 20040149890
Abstract: An surface-mounting type optical device is arranged such that an optical component is attached at the bottom of a resin portion; an electrode is led out from the side of the resin portion; the electrode is connected with a pattern formed on the surface of a substrate; and a step portion used for the engagement of the substrate with the resin portion is formed in part of the resin portion. Thus, the insertion of a disk such as a CD can be detected even when the disk is inserted below the substrate.

  • Patent number: 5321671
Abstract: Occurrence of mechanical noise and tape damage due to operation of a pinch roller is avoided when the system is switched from the tape playback mode to the radio mode or vice versa. On playback of the tape, an interrupt signal 33 from a microcomputer 34 is low. Transistors 28 and 13 are thus turned on. A drive motor 14 in the tape deck 11 is energized by power from a (+B) terminal 45. When the cassette tape is loaded into the tape deck, a plunger 15 is energized directly by power from a (TAPE+B) terminal 12. Thus, a pinch roller 41 in a head drive mechanism 16 is brought into contact with the tape 43. If the microcomputer 34 detects any interrupt signal such as traffic or emergency information signals multiplexed with FM broadcasting waves, it changes the interrupt signal to high so that the transistors 28 and 13 are turned off. Therefore, the drive motor 14 is de-energized, but the power continues to be supplied to the plunger 15.
