  • Publication number: 20230304583
Abstract: In a flow rate control valve, a valve seat includes an annular base part and an annular seal part provided on the inner periphery thereof. A body includes a contact surface with which an end of the base part in the axial direction contacts and a press-fit surface against which the outer peripheral surface of the base part is press-fitted. The seal part includes: a seat surface at an end on an opposite side to the contact surface in the axial direction to contact a valve element to seal between the valve seat and the valve element in a valve closed state; and a valve-seat-to-body sealing portion protruding toward the contact surface more than the base part at an end on the side of the contact surface in the axial direction and contacting the contact surface to seal between the valve seat and the body.

  • Patent number: 11217813
Abstract: A fuel cell includes a fuel cell stack having a stacked body with a plurality of stacked unit cells, an end plate unit, and a gas manifold penetrating the stacked body and the end plate unit in a stacking direction for a flow of reaction gas. The fuel cell also includes a valve that is provided between the end plate unit and gas piping and includes an in-valve flow path for communicating the gas manifold and the gas piping and a valve element. The gas manifold includes a stacked body manifold and an end plate unit flow path. When the fuel cell stack is arranged so that a manifold bottom portion is horizontal, a bottom portion of an opening on the valve side in the end plate unit flow path is arranged above the manifold bottom portion.

  • Publication number: 20150337769
Abstract: A fuel supply system is configured to reduce the pressure of hydrogen gas delivered from a hydrogen cylinder by a high-pressure regulator arranged in series, regulate a flow rate of the pressure-reduced hydrogen gas by a hydrogen flow regulating device, and supply the hydrogen gas to a fuel cell. The high-pressure regulator includes a middle passage in which the hydrogen gas after being pressure-reduced by a first regulator and before being pressure-reduced by a second regulator enters, a rear passage in which the hydrogen gas after pressure-reduced by the second regulator enters, a communication passage allowing communication between the middle passage and the rear passage, and an internal air check valve provided in the communication passage and arranged to allow the hydrogen gas to flow in a direction from the middle passage toward the rear passage and block the hydrogen gas from flowing in a reverse direction thereto.

  • Patent number: 7673847
Abstract: A movable valve 131 is movably supported by a support plate 135 within a valve body having a gas injection nozzle 129. The valve body consists of a plurality of members 103, 105, 107, 109, 127. Impermeable joints 147a, 147b, 147c are formed between the members. The support plate 135 includes a plurality of elastically deformable support portions each having an inner radial connection, an outer radial connection and a circumferential connection. The support portions are phase adjusted to radial fluid passages 131h formed in the movable valve 113.

  • Publication number: 20050056319
Abstract: To enable a regulator for fuel cell systems having a first diaphragm on the back pressure chamber side and a second diaphragm on the pressure regulating chamber side, wherein the pressure in the pressure regulating chamber is regulated with the back pressure in the back pressure chamber, to regulate the pressure with a pressure differing from the pressure in the back pressure chamber, the pressure in the pressure regulating chamber is regulated by actuating the pressure regulating valve with the shifting of the two diaphragms depending on the relationship between the two pressures, wherein the effective area of the first diaphragm and the effective area of the second diaphragm are differentiated.
