  • Patent number: 8293397
Abstract: A battery assembly includes single-battery cells, and thermally-conductive members. The thermally-conductive members are formed of a soft material as a plated configuration. The soft material exhibits thermal conductivity and electric insulatability. The single-battery cells, and the thermally-conductive members are adhered to each other, and are disposed one after another alternately in a row, thereby interposing the thermally-conducive members between the single-cell batteries. The thermally-conductive members include a radiation surface respectively from which heat that the single-battery cells produce radiates. The single-battery cells are cooled indirectly by cooling the radiation surfaces of the thermally-conductive members.

  • Patent number: 6293531
Abstract: A vibration damping mount capable of reducing vibration and noise, and improving vehicle stability and controllability. Between an inner cylindrical sleeve and outer cylindrical sleeve which are coaxially arranged with each other, a vibration-damping rubber body is disposed and joined thereto. A stopper plate is secured to a lower end of the inner cylindrical sleeve. The vibration-damping rubber body extends from the lower end thereof along a flange which projects outward from a lower end of the outer cylindrical sleeve to define an annular rubber stopper. An end edge of the annular rubber stopper abuts a peripheral part of the stopper plate.

  • Patent number: 5653427
Abstract: In a vibration isolating device, a main chamber has a part of a wall constituted by a first elastic member to be deformed by input vibration and is filled with liquid, and a sub chamber has a part of a wall constituted by a second elastic member and is filled with liquid, and the main chamber communicates with the sub chamber through a main flow path. A liquid pressure adjusting plate is installed within the main chamber and divides the main chamber into a first chamber and a second chamber and vibrates in an opposite phase to that of the input vibration. The first chamber communicates with the second chamber through a sub flow path and the dimensions of the sub flow path is set so that the sub flow path is choked during high frequency vibration of the liquid pressure adjusting plate.

  • Patent number: 5267726
Abstract: A hydraulic damping device for preventing the transmission of vibrations of wide-ranging frequencies. The device includes a thick vibration damping rubber body which defines a main liquid chamber therewithin, first and second deformable rubber diaphragms which respectively define first and second auxiliary liquid chambers, first and second passageways for respectively connecting the auxiliary liquid chambers to the main liquid chamber, each passageway generating liquid resonance in a predetermined frequency vibration range different from each other, and a bottom plate for defining a pressure chamber with the first deformable rubber diaphragm which defines the first auxiliary liquid chamber connected with the main liquid chamber by the first passageway generating liquid resonance in a high-frequency vibration range. The pressure chamber is selectively brought into communication with the atmosphere or a negative pressure source.
