  • Patent number: 10264172
Abstract: Provided is an image system device comprising: a plurality of imaging units that captures a specific subject from different directions; a shooting signal transmitter that transmits, to the plurality of imaging units, a shooting signal for controlling a capturing timing of the plurality of imaging units; and a host that acquires location information indicating a physical location of each of the plurality of imaging units, and when receiving an image from each of the plurality of imaging units, stores the image with a file name based on the location information corresponding to each of the imaging units from which the image is received.

  • Publication number: 20040159419
Abstract: A subject for the invention is to provide a method of continuous steel casting in which although an “immersion nozzle constituted of a refractory material comprising alumina as the main component” is used for continuous steel casting, this nozzle suffers little fusion loss and no alumina deposition thereon and a clean steel casting can be stably obtained.

  • Patent number: 6321953
Abstract: The present invention provides a composite immersion nozzle, by which it is possible to reduce thermal stress on the nozzle and to prevent occurrence of cracks, whereby there is no restriction on properties of the materials such as thermal expansion coefficient, while fully utilizing properties required for each of the materials such as corrosion resistant property, property to prevent alumina build-up on the nozzle, etc. In an immersion nozzle comprising two types or more of materials, a material having higher thermal expansion coefficient than that of the nozzle main body is arranged on inner side of the nozzle, and a ratio of thickness of the material arranged on the inner side to total thickness of the nozzle is less than 25%.

  • Patent number: 6279790
Abstract: This invention relates to a submerged entry nozzle for use in a continuous casting process, which includes a main body portion 11 formed by an AG refractory material; an internal hole portion 12 made of a graphite-less refractory material which contains 90 wt % or more of a spinel, with a total content of other components being 10 wt % or less; portions 13 surrounding the discharge openings, which are formed by a graphite-containing refractory material containing 5 to 35 wt % of a graphite, 65 wt % or more of a spinel (MgO—Al2O3), with a total content of other components being 10 wt % or less; and a powder line portion 14 formed by a ZrO2—C refractory material. The present submerged entry nozzle is suitable for use in casting various types of steel such as high concentration oxygen-containing steel, high concentration Mn-containing steel, Ca-treated steel, and stainless steel.
