  • Publication number: 20220145470
Abstract: A nanostructure substrate includes groups of composite particles in which a reduced and deposited coating layer shows cohesive polarization action and/or electromagnetic polarization action. Also, to provide a nanostructure substrate, such active sites are dramatically increased to allow a medium to react homogenously over the entire nanostructure substrate. On a transparent semi-curable polyester resin film, groups of gold fine particles (average particle diameter: 20 nm) are reduced and deposited from an aqueous solution and self-aggregated. A half of the lower part of the groups of gold fine particles is submerged in the polyester resin film, and embedded in the front surface side of the transparent resin base body. Then, this transparent substrate is immersed in an electroless gold-plating solution repeatedly to deposit gold crystal grains on the fixed groups of gold fine particles.

  • Patent number: 11149161
Abstract: A metal ink containing metal particles including silver, a protective agent A including an amine compound, and a protective agent B including a fatty acid. The metal ink is configured such that the protective agent A includes at least one C4-12 amine compound, and the protective agent B includes at least one C22-26 fatty acid. It is preferable that the amine compound content is 0.2 mmol/g or more and 1.5 mmol/g or less on a silver particle mass basis. In addition, it is preferable that the fatty acid content is 0.01 mmol/g or more and 0.06 mmol/g or less on a silver particle mass basis.

  • Patent number: 5429165
Abstract: A pneumatic-shaped solid tire in which rim slip is improved, the tire main body (4) comprises a tread rubber layer (3) and a base rubber layer (2) made of a rubber composition having a JIS(A) hardness from 75 to 90 in which short cordlike or fiberlike reinforcing materials are not mixed, the thickness (TC) of the base rubber layer measured from the base line (BL) to the radially outer face thereof is 0.3 to 0.7 times the tire section height (TH), and the base rubber layer is provided therein with a radially inner band (7) and a radially outer band (6) which are spaced apart from each other in the radial direction of the tire, each of the bands comprising at least one ply of heat-shrinkable organic fiber cords laid at an angle from 0 to 15 degrees with respect to the tire circumferential direction.
