  • Publication number: 20080051597
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a process for purifying 2-methyladamantan-2-yl(meth)acrylate with high separation efficiency and an industrially advantageous preparation process of 2-methyladamantan-2-yl(meth)acrylate. The present invention pertains to a preparation process of 2-methyladamantan-2-yl(meth)acrylate which comprises reacting 2-methyleneadamantane and (meth)acrylic acid by an acid catalyst to obtain a reaction mixture, and then separating 2-methyleneadamantane from the reaction mixture to obtain 2-methyladamantan-2-yl(meth)acrylate, wherein the reaction mixture is distilled in the presence of an organic compound having a boiling point, under atmospheric pressure, of 150° C. or greater but not greater than 260° C.

  • Patent number: 5668469
Abstract: In a digital oscilloscope, a sharp and fine line can be displayed at high horizontal resolution. The digital oscilloscope includes a memory for storing waveform data to be displayed; a display data output unit including sync signal generating unit for generating a sync signal and an output unit for reading the waveform data from the memory in synchronism with the sync signal to output said read waveform data; and an audio/visual color dot matrix plane display device including a display unit having dots arranged in a matrix form for color representation. The scan clock signal generator generating the scan clock signal in synchronism with the sync signal produced from sync signal generating unit, and the dot scan control unit sequentially supplying the display data outputted from the output unit in synchronism with the scanning clock signal to the dots of the display unit, whereby the content of the waveform data is displayed on the display unit.

  • Patent number: 4900843
Abstract: A method of dehalogeno-dimerizing an aromatic halide compound substituted by at least one halogen atom substituted on the aromatic ring using a palladium catalyst on support in the presence of water, a reducing agent and a halogen acceptor is disclosed. The method is characterized by using the palladium catalyst on support immersed in a hydrohalogenic acid prior to the dehalogeno-dimerization reaction.
