  • Patent number: 7537852
Abstract: The present invention provides a composite ion exchange membrane which has high mechanical strength and is suitable for use as a solid polymer electrolyte membrane excellent in ionic conductivity and a method for its production. The invention is achieved by a composite ion exchange membrane including a composite layer comprising a support membrane with continuous voids formed of polybenzazole polymer, the support membrane being impregnated with ion exchange resin, and surface layers formed of ion exchange resin free of support membranes, the surface layers being formed on both surfaces of the composite layer so as to sandwich the composite layer therebetween.

  • Publication number: 20090022990
Abstract: [Object]To prepare a polyester fiber and fiber cord having an excellent heat resistance which does not generate thermal melting at high temperature while properties such as dimensional stability, high strength and durability are maintained. To provide a material which is useful as a belt for tire and a carcass material. [Means to Solve]A polyester fiber and fiber cord comprising a copolymerized polyester is impregnated with a compound having at least two unsaturated bonds, and is irradiated with electronic ray or ?-ray, whereby the compound causes a cross-linking reaction in the inner area and surface layer of the polyester fiber and fiber cord, which results in a fiber and fiber cord having an excellent heat resistance.

  • Patent number: 6054249
Abstract: A photosensitive resin laminate comprising at least a support, a photosensitive resin layer, a tackiness preventive layer and a cover film successively laminated, said tackiness preventive layer having a water content of not less than 4 wt % under a relative humidity (RH) of 30-80%. During the production of such photosensitive resin laminate, a water content of the tackiness preventive layer of not less than 4% has been achieved by adding a water retention agent to the tackiness preventive layer or allowing presence of water on the cover film (preferably by directly spraying water onto the cover film or placing a water-containing sheet on the cover film), as a result of which the tackiness preventive layer thereof is free of occurrence of wrinkles during any handling step and under any environment.
