    Abstract: In an adsorption-type refrigerating apparatus, an adsorber includes therein an adsorbent having a temperature-dependent characteristic in which an amount adsorbed in an adsorption step is larger than an amount adsorbed in a desorption step, even when a vapor pressure rate in the adsorption step is equal to or lower than a vapor pressure rate in the desorption step. Therefore, even when the cooling temperature of outside air for cooling the adsorbent increases, a sufficient cooling capacity can be obtained. In addition, a difference between the amount adsorbed in the adsorption step and the amount adsorbed in the desorption step can be made larger.

    Abstract: Heat is absorbed from a first heat emitter and a second heat emitter is cooled by an adsorption type refrigerator operating by that absorbed heat. When the amount of emission of heat of the first heat emitter exceeds a predetermined amount of heat, the heat absorbed in the heat medium by a first heat collector is discharged to the outside air by an outdoor unit without being supplied to the adsorbent of the refrigerator. On the other hand, when the amount of emission of heat of the first heat emitter falls below a predetermined amount, the heat medium which had been supplied to a first heat exchanger for heating the adsorbent is switched to return to the first heat collector without flowing to the outdoor unit.

    Abstract: The present invention integrates a blower unit into a vehicle dashboard and of reducing blower-vibration transmittance to a steering unit. In a vehicle, at least a reinforcement member having a steering support portion and an air conditioner are disposed inside a dashboard, at least a portion of a blower unit of the air conditioner is fixed to a side bracket for fixing the reinforcement member to a vehicle body. Further, the blower unit is integrally mounted inside the dashboard via the reinforcemnt member. This manner can attain both of realizing the modulization that the blower unit is integrated into the vehicle dashboard and of reducing the vibration transmittance from the blower unit to the steering support portion via the reinforcement member.

An condenser disposed in a duct has a heat exchanging section in which heat exchange is performed between refrigerant and draft air. The heat exchanging section is divided into an upper stream area portion, a middle stream area portion and a lower stream area portion, and a temperature sensitive tube of a subcooling control valve is held in contact with a refrigerant passageway which interconnects the middle and lower stream area portions. The subcooling control valve adjusts the opening of a throttle portion thereof so that the subcooling degree on the upstream of the lower stream area portion where the temperature sensitive tube contacts may be a predetermined value (2.degree. to 10.degree. C.).
