  • Patent number: 7503366
Abstract: The invention provides a component feeding device where heat generation of a drive circuit is minimized and a printed board mounted with this drive circuit is miniaturized by forming an inexpensive structure using a single microcomputer and by energizing each of the servomotors only when necessary. In a component feeding unit of a dual lane type, a CPU in a microcomputer controls a start of driving of one of servomotors by energizing the servomotor through a drive circuit based on a component feeding signal for one lane outputted from a CPU of an electronic component mounting apparatus, and the CPU in the microcomputer controls one of the servomotors so that the servomotor is not energized when a component feeding signal for another lane is inputted before a predetermine time passes after a delay timer starts timekeeping when receiving a detection signal about rotation of the servomotor by a predetermined amount from an encoder detecting a rotation amount of the servomotor.

  • Publication number: 20050172770
Abstract: This invention is directed to the prevention of the deterioration of the accuracy in component mounting by suppressing the temperature rise of the moving member as much as possible by cooling the moving member, which is the heat source of a linear motor. The moving member 48 of the linear motor 14 is configured in the following manner for achieving the objective of this invention. That is, the heat dissipation portion, the axis 17 made of the material with efficient thermal conduction such as aluminum, pierces through the iron core 18 around which coils 20 are wound. The moving member except a part of the axis 17 is molded with synthetic resin, and at one end of the axis 17, the heat dissipation fin 19 which makes heat dissipation area larger is formed. And this heat dissipation fin 19 is placed to face the air exhaust port 67.

  • Patent number: 5628107
Abstract: An electronic parts-mounting apparatus includes an index unit which has an output shaft and is connected to a reduction gear for being driven thereby. A rotatable table is connected to the index unit and driven thereby into intermittent rotation. At least one camshaft is connected to the output shaft of the index unit. At least one cam rigidly mounted on the at least one camshaft is in contact with at least one cam follower associated therewith. The output shaft of the index unit is caused to rotate at a uniform rotational speed in which one rotation thereof corresponds to a plurality of repetition periods of intermittent rotation of the rotatable table.
