  • Patent number: 11986867
Abstract: A liquid film of a processing liquid containing at least one of sulfuric acid, a sulfate, peroxosulfuric acid, and a peroxosulfate, or a processing liquid containing hydrogen peroxide is formed on a substrate. A plasma is radiated to the liquid film. Thereby, a substrate processing method in which substrate processing using an oxidizing power of the processing liquid can be efficiently performed is provided.

  • Publication number: 20110312266
Abstract: Provided is an electronic shelf label terminal, an electronic shelf label system, and a display method which facilitate a check for an installation place with good signal quality. An electronic shelf label terminal (1) is a terminal that displays display information received from a management server (3) via a relay device (2). A wireless communication unit of the electronic shelf label terminal (1) receives radio waves from a plurality of the relay devices (2). A display unit of the electronic shelf label terminal (1) displays information on the relay devices (2) accessible from the electronic shelf label terminal (1) for communication to the management server (3), based on field intensities of the radio waves received by the wireless communication unit.

  • Publication number: 20110234375
Abstract: To suppress power consumption when product information is not received from a server apparatus. A transmission section (302) of an electronic shelf label (300-1) transmits a registration request signal to the server apparatus. A transmission interval determining section (308) extends a transmission interval of the registration request signal in a stepwise manner in accordance with a time length of an asynchronous state in which a response signal is not received in response to the registration request signal from the server apparatus. A terminal state request signal generating section (305) generates a terminal state request signal making a request to another electronic shelf label that terminal state information be transmitted, and the transmission section (302) transmits the generated terminal state request signal. After receiving the terminal state request signal, the another electronic shelf label transmits the terminal state information.

  • Patent number: 5002455
Abstract: A flow processing system for processing disc-shaped articles such as discs to be used to produce video or audio disc masters, whereby a plurality of processing units for performing respectively different processing operations are combined into a single system in which each disc is moved only horizontally and in a continuously rotating condition, both during processing and while being moved between the processing units. In addition, the supporting structure of the processing units is implemented such as to produce no disturbances in a horizontally directed dust-excluding flow of air, to ensure maximum prevention of adherence of dust particles to the disc surfaces.

  • Patent number: 4865445
Abstract: An apparatus for detecting faults on the surface of a resist master disc and for measuring the thickness of the resist coating layer includes a single light source for generating a laser beam for inspection of the master disc, a first separator for separating the laser beam into a first laser beam which is used for the detection of faults, and a second laser beam which is used to measure the thickness of the resist coating layer. The second laser beam is further separated into two laser beams one of which is irradiated on the surface of the resist coated master disc at a given angle of incidence.
