  • Publication number: 20240177544
Abstract: In a remaining capacity notification device for notifying a user of a device of a remaining capacity of a secondary battery mounted in the device, a reliability level determination unit determines a reliability level of a state of charge (SOC) indicating the remaining capacity of the secondary battery that the user is to be notified of, on the basis of the slope of a SOC-open circuit voltage (OCV) curve of the secondary battery that corresponds to the SOC. A notification control unit performs control to cause the user to be notified of the remaining capacity of the secondary battery in a form of notification based on the reliability level of the SOC that has been determined.

  • Publication number: 20240151545
Abstract: A travel route acquisition unit acquires a travel route of an electric vehicle. A weather information acquisition unit acquires weather information on the travel route. A route guidance information generation unit generates route guidance information based on the travel route thus acquired and the weather information thus acquired. When a low temperature area is present on the travel route, the travel route acquisition unit further acquires a different travel route, and the route guidance information generation unit generates route guidance information that recommends a travel route with few low temperature areas.

  • Patent number: 10135311
Abstract: A stator for an electric motor includes: a stator core that includes a plurality of teeth on which insulating portions are provided; and a coil formed by winding a wire around each of the teeth. A lead-in opening and a lead-out opening are formed in insulating portions provided on an outside diameter side of the stator core. The lead-in opening leads in a crossover wire of the coil routed to an outer peripheral side of the insulating portions to the side of the teeth. The lead-out opening leads out the crossover wire of the coil from the side of the teeth to the outer peripheral side of the insulating portions. The length from an axial end portion of the stator core on an insulating portion side to the lead-in opening is different from the length from the axial end portion to the lead-out opening.

  • Patent number: 8471588
Abstract: In an embodiment, a plurality of semiconductor chip portions is provided with respect to each reticle unit in a semiconductor wafer. Each of the semiconductor chip portions is provided with a first identification code generation circuit to generate a first identification code, and a switching circuit. The switching circuit controls connection with outside. Each of second identification code generation circuits is provided on dicing line areas within each reticle unit, and generates a second identification code to select the corresponding reticle unit. Coincidence detection circuits are provided on the dicing line areas. Each of the coincidence detection circuits determines whether or not the corresponding first and second identification codes and a chip select signal coincide with each other. Bus lines are provided on the dicing line areas. One ends of the bus lines are connected to the circuits, and the other ends are connected to test pads.

  • Patent number: 6787171
Abstract: Disclosed are methods for making a unique activated smoke liquid solution for application to food that is to be dried. Treatment of food with this solution greatly improves the processing, cooking and/or physical characteristics of the dried food when it is later reconstituted and used. The unique activated smoke liquid solution is made from a special process which gives it the desired characteristics which, when properly applied before drying, result in improved quality of dried food when later reconstituted. By applying the unique smoke liquid solution according to the present invention, no soaking or immersion of the dried food products in water or liquid is necessary prior to processing or cooking. The resulting dried food immediately absorbs water for prompt processing or cooking; it has increased weight and volume; it has a prolonged shelf life; and it retains much of its original food texture after it is freeze-thawed.

  • Patent number: 5553026
Abstract: The non-volatile memory device comprises a memory cell array, a block decoder, and a decode signal reading section. The memory cell array has a plurality of cell blocks. Each of the cell blocks is composed of a plurality of memory cells arranged roughly into a matrix pattern. Each memory cell has a floating gate to or from which electrons are injected or extracted to write or erase data. The block decoder receives a block address, and outputs a decode signal to select a cell block corresponding to the block address from the cell blocks. The memory cells of the selected block are erased simultaneously. When a control signal is inputted to the block decoder, the block decoder outputs the decode signal to select all the cell blocks for erasure of the memory cells of all the cell blocks simultaneously, irrespective of the block address. The decode signal reading section outputs the decode signal to the outside.

  • Patent number: 5519654
Abstract: A semiconductor memory device having a memory cell array with a plurality of transistors (memory cells MC) disposed in a matrix form capable of electrically altering data. In writing data to a plurality of memory cells (MC), a write voltage (V.sub.pp ') is applied to the plurality of memory cells (MC) from a plurality of write circuits (7). The write voltage is generated by boosting an internal voltage (V.sub.CC) by a charge pump circuit (21). In writing data, one of the following methods is used. The plurality of write circuits (7) are sequentially activated by a write control circuit (20) at intervals of delayed timings. The operating point of each memory cell (transistor)(MC) is controlled by operating point control means so as to reduce a current. A capacitor is connected to the output side of the charge pump circuit, and a boosted write voltage is supplied via the capacitor to the write circuit.

  • Patent number: 4622827
Abstract: This apparatus selects a start-up mode of operation for controlling the compressor (1) at maximum speed only when the difference between the measured temperature of a room at the start of the operation and a target temperature is larger than a predetermined value. A normal mode of operation otherwise is selected for controlling the compressor (1) at a speed lower than maximum thus extending the life of the compressor (1).
