  • Publication number: 20100200181
Abstract: The invention presents a pulp manufacturing technology for realizing a used paper recycling apparatus of furniture size that can be installed not only in a large office, but also in a small shop or general household. In the beating process of the pulp making process for fragmenting and beating the used paper for manufacturing used paper pulp, a grinder having a pair of beating disks rotated relatively, beating action surfaces of the beating disks are disposed oppositely across a tiny beating gap, thereby a used paper pulp circulation route is formed, in which the used paper pulp beaten by the grinder is processed in the beating process while being circulated in the used paper pulp circulation route, and the beating gap of the beating action surfaces is adjusted to be narrower gradually from the beginning till the end of the beating process. As a result, in a limited narrow working space, a smooth and efficient beating operation is realized from the beginning till the end of the beating process.

  • Publication number: 20080173416
Abstract: The invention presents a pulp concentration adjusting method and its device for realizing a used paper recycling apparatus being installed in a room of a small shop or the like, friendly to the environment, low in running cost, and capable of maintaining a high confidentiality. The pulp concentration adjusting section is characterized by dividing a specified portion from the whole volume of used paper pulp manufactured in pulp making section in preceding process, adding water for adjusting concentration to the divided portion of used paper pulp, and adjusting the total volume of the divided portion of used paper pulp and water to a specified value, thereby preparing a pulp suspension of specified concentration. In this manner, by adjusting the concentration of used paper pulp in dividing portions (small portions), the water consumption can be saved substantially and the apparatus size is reduced, while enhancing the processing capacity.

  • Publication number: 20060078659
Abstract: The present invention aims at providing novel spread and edible oil having many excellent characteristics as a spread or an edible oil, new mouth-feel and flavor which are not encountered in the conventional spread and edible oil, and excellent storage property and excellent operationality. As a result of the investigation, the inventors of the present invention found that, when an edible oil and a suitable emulsifier, or a composition made into a water-in-oil type emulsion in use is filled with a suitable gas propellant into an aerosol container, a discharged food is foamed to be in the mousse foam at the time of jetting. The inventors further found that the obtained mousse-type food can be used as novel mousse-type spread and mousse-type edible oil which not only shows excellent characteristics as a spread and an edible oil, but also has a new mouth-feel and flavor which are not encountered in the conventional food, and further show excellent storage property and excellent operationality.

  • Patent number: 6808565
Abstract: A clutch mechanism having an easy-to-manufacture and inexpensive constitution, by making use of frictional engaging force in thrust direction, in a coat film transfer tool of automatic winding type. At least at the feed reel side, a clutch mechanism is provided between a driven member of a tape winding portion and a drive side rotary gear for rotating and driving it, and its power transmission makes use of the frictional engaging force in thrust direction between the driven member and drive side rotary gear. This frictional engaging force can be set by properly adjusting the dimensional relation in thrust direction between the mutual constituent members, and therefore the designing and manufacturing conditions of the constituent members are less strict, manufacture is easy, assembling is easy, and hence the manufacturing cost and device cost can be lowered.
