Abstract: A package structure is provided. The package structure includes a through substrate via structure, a first stacked die package structure, an underfill layer, and a package layer. The through substrate via structure is formed over a substrate. The first stacked die package structure is over the through substrate via structure, wherein the first stacked die package structure comprises a plurality of memory dies. The underfill layer is over the first stacked die package structure. the package layer is over the underfill layer, wherein the package layer has a protruding portion that extends below a top surface of the through substrate via structure.

Abstract: An electronic system includes a portable display device and a guiding device. The portable display device includes a first display unit for displaying images of scenes according to a first field of view, a control unit for generating information of a current viewing area of one of the images to be displayed on the first display unit and a first communication unit for outputting the information of the current viewing area. The guiding device includes a second communication unit for receiving the information of the current viewing area from the portable display device and a processing unit for generating guidance information according to the information of the current viewing area. Wherein the second communication unit transmits the guidance information to the first communication unit, and accordingly the control unit performs a guidance task according to the guidance information.

Abstract: A slim LED light includes an LED package substrate, two electrically conductive elements, and an extraction seat having a first light holder main body, a second light holder main body and a connection member integrally connected between the first and second light holder main bodies. The first light holder main body has at least one insertion slot as a first insertion slot. The second light holder main body has at least one insertion slot as a first insertion slot corresponding to the insertion slot of the first light holder main body. The LED package substrate can be inserted into/extracted out of the cooperative first insertion slots of the first and second light holder main bodies. When fully inserted into the first insertion slots, the LED package substrate is electrically connected with the electrically conductive elements. The LED package substrate can be easily replaceably installed on the extraction seat.
