  • Patent number: 9206890
Abstract: This swash plate comprises a resin film layer formed on the front surface and the rear surface, and said resin film layer serves as the sliding surface which slides on a shoe. The inner periphery of the resin film layer is a tilted surface which a lubricant can easily cross over. In other words, angle ?1 is 10° or less and angle ?2 of the rising part is set to 20° or less, and when the lubricant is supplied from the inner periphery side of the swash plate, said lubricant easily crosses over said inner periphery which is a tilted surface, and is quickly supplied to the surface (the sliding surface) outside of said inner periphery. Because the lubricant is quickly supplied to the front surface and the rear surface (the sliding surface) of the swash plate, seizure of the swash plate can be prevented.

  • Patent number: 9074628
Abstract: A swash plate type compressor is arranged with a plurality of semispherical shoes and a disc shaped swash plate. A resin coating having a honeycomb structure is formed on a surface and a rear surface (sliding surface) of the swatch plate which slides with the shoe. An edge part (top end) of each of the multiple cylinder bodies which forms the resin coating layer are at the same plane and forms a sliding surface which slides with the shoe. In addition, an interior space of each cylinder body forms a storage part of a lubricant and a container part for foreign objects. The swash plate can be provided with excellent wear resistance, seizure resistance and lubrication retention.

Abstract: A swash plate type compressor is arranged with a plurality of semispherical shoes and a disc shaped swash plate. A resin coating is formed on a surface and a rear surface (sliding surface) of the swash plate which slides with the shoe. The resin coating includes a structure whereby multiple hexagonal cylinder bodies are fabricated on a surface of a substrate and an end surface of each cylinder body forms a sliding surface which slides with the shoe. In addition, a honeycomb shaped groove is formed at an adjacent position of each cylinder body forming a storage part of a lubricant O and a container part for foreign objects. The swash plate can be provided with excellent wear resistance, seizure resistance and lubrication retention.

  • Publication number: 20150033940
Abstract: The outer periphery of the outer part of a substrate is a chamfer, and the outer part of the substrate is covered by a resin film layer. The thickness of the resin film layer at the chamfer is thicker than the locations radially further inwards from said chamfer. The surface of the resin film layer on the outer peripheral edge of the outer part is coplanar with the surface of the resin film layer further inwards. These locations act as the sliding surface the surface of the swash plate) that slides on a shoe, and compared with conventional techniques, because the resin film layer in the outer peripheral edge is thick, attrition of the portion being pressed against the shoe is suppressed. For that reason, the outer peripheral edge of the substrate and the vicinity thereof are prevented from being exposed, and seizure of the swash plate can be prevented.

  • Publication number: 20140283209
Abstract: The present inventors isolated many promoters having various expression characteristics from monocots, connected the OsWRKY45 gene downstream of these promoters, and then re-introduced them into a monocot (rice plant), and thereby strived to produce a rice line having both complex disease resistance and excellent agronomic traits. As a result, the present inventors succeeded in producing transgenic plants having both disease resistance and good agronomic traits by expressing OsWRKY45 using upstream sequences of the EF1? or OsUbi7 gene as promoters.

  • Publication number: 20140208458
Abstract: The present invention relates to plants that have been transformed so as to have both disease resistance and acceptable agronomic traits. More specifically, the present invention relates to transgenic plants that have acquired disease resistance through expression in the plants of a polynucleotide encoding the transcription factor WRKY45 in an infection-responsive manner, and methods for generating the transgenic plants.

  • Publication number: 20130129552
Abstract: A rotary compressor 1 includes a pair of closing members 11 and 12 that close axial front and rear opening portions of a cylinder 5, and a rotor 6 that is accommodated within the cylinder 5 and rotated by a motor. Concave portions 11C and 12C having the same depth are respectively formed in inner wall surfaces 11A and 12A of the closing members 11 and 12, and the concave portions 11C and 12C are filled with synthetic resin coatings 22. Accordingly, the surfaces of the synthetic resin coatings 22 are flush with the inner wall surfaces 11A and 12A located outwardly adjacent thereto (a left side in the drawing). The rotary compressor 1 which can prevent a seizure on end surfaces 6A and 6B of the rotor 6, and can be manufactured at low cost can be thereby provided.

  • Publication number: 20090232687
Abstract: When a compressor is restarted at the time of occurrence of an inverter trip after a retry waiting time which is preliminarily set so as to lower a pressure on a discharge side of a main body of the compressor to a pressure where the main body of the compressor can be restarted elapses, conditions when the inverter trip occurs are detected and restarting is performed in accordance with the detected conditions after the retry waiting times which are different from each other elapse. There are provided two or more kinds of retry waiting times, and the retry waiting time immediately after starting is made shorter than the others. Accordingly, the present invention provides a control method and a control apparatus of an inverter compressor in which when a trip occurs immediately after the inverter is started, retry can be performed in a short time.
