  • Publication number: 20240133625
Abstract: A drying apparatus of porous material includes a reduced-pressure fermentation dryer configured to: store porous material containing water in an airtight container; heat and stir the porous material under reduced pressure so that a temperature of the porous material is within a predetermined temperature range; feed microorganisms into the airtight container so that the microorganisms enter pores of the porous material; and evaporate the water contained in the porous material by fermentation heat by the microorganisms so as to dry the porous material.

  • Patent number: 11753325
Abstract: An oil sludge treatment system includes: a reduced-pressure fermentation dryer; a filtration apparatus; and a cleaner. The reduced-pressure fermentation dryer is configured to: store oil sludge in an airtight container; heat and stir the oil sludge under reduced pressure so that a temperature of the oil sludge is within a predetermined temperature range; decompose organic matter contained in the oil sludge using microorganisms while evaporating water; and obtain volume-reduced dried product. The filtration apparatus filters oil from the dried product. The cleaner cleans, by steam, the dried product from which the oil has been filtered.

  • Publication number: 20220243912
Abstract: Boiler equipment includes: a combustion device including a combustion chamber to combust fuel supplied to the combustion device; a combustion furnace including a combustion chamber formed inside thereof; and a heat exchanger transferring thermal energy obtained by combustion of the fuel in the combustion device to water. The combustion device is directly connected to a wall part of the combustion furnace such that the combustion chamber of the combustion device faces the combustion chamber of the combustion furnace. The fuel is efficiently combusted in the combustion chambers of the combustion device and the combustion furnace, which are integrated with each other. Thus, almost no ash is generated.

  • Publication number: 20050044911
Abstract: Disclosed is an manufacturing method of organic fertilizer of the present invention, wherein moisturized organic wastes and microbe, which decomposed organic materials so as to compost, are mixedly contained in a container (3) which can be sealed but also freely opened and closed, the container (3) is heated as well as decompressed by closing the container (3), the boiling point of water in the container (3) is set below the fermentation heat of the organic wastes caused by the microbe in decomposing the organic materials, and the moisture in the organic wastes in the container (3) ins vaporized and exhausted, whereby an organic fertilizer is manufactured by the decomposition of the organic materials. Thereby, a technique where the process to manufacture the organic fertilizer from organic wastes is efficiently conducted in a short period of time is provided.
