  • Publication number: 20130152982
Abstract: A medical device cleaning device includes a washing tank, and an electrical discharge generator. An endoscope to be cleaned is housed in the washing tank, and immersed in wash water. An electrical discharge unit of the electrical discharge generator is placed in the washing tank, and immersed in the wash water. A direct-current power supply is connected to a pair of electrodes of the electrical discharge unit. When the direct-current power supply applies a voltage to the pair of electrodes, streamer discharge is performed between the pair of electrodes to produce hydrogen peroxide. The endoscope is sterilized in the washing tank by using the hydrogen peroxide produced by the streamer discharge.

  • Patent number: 7419471
Abstract: An arm insertion type sphygmomanometer having enhanced operability and visibility at the time of measurement. A remote control unit can be detached from the sphygmomanometer body portion and operated wirelessly. The arm insertion type sphygmomanometer comprises a sphygmomanometer body portion (10) provided with an arm band (2) through which an upper arm is inserted, and a remote control unit (40) capable of controlling the sphygmomanometer body portion (10) remotely. The remote control unit (40) can be fixed removably to a holding portion (5) of the sphygmomanometer body portion (10) and has an operating portion for operating the sphygmomanometer body portion (10), and a display portion for displaying the result of measurement. In a state where the remote control unit (40) is placed in the holding portion (5), the remote control unit (40) operates the sphygmomanometer body (10) by performing wired or wireless communication therewith.

  • Patent number: 5619917
Abstract: A stencil discharge apparatus includes two shafts mounted at a specific spacing; a plurality of rotators which are mounted in pairs on the two shafts, and rotate for gripping one end of a stencil paper to be removed from a printing drum and conveying the stencil paper thus removed; a receiving section for holding the stencil paper removed from the printing drum and conveyed by the pairs of rotators; and a different-diameter rotator mounted on both ends of at least one of the two shafts. The different-diameter rotator includes small-diameter portion having approximately the same outside diameter as the outside diameter of one rotator, and a large-diameter portion having a larger outside diameter than the small-diameter portion in order to prevent the stencil paper from going in between the different-diameter rotator and the shaft of the other rotator rotating in engagement with the one rotator.

  • Patent number: 5404805
Abstract: In a paper ejection device for a stencil printing device provided with a lifting member for producing a curvature in each sheet of ejected printing paper as seen in a cross section perpendicular to the direction of paper ejection, the lifting member is allowed to move at least between a first position which is relatively retracted from the paper ejection passage and a second position which relatively protrudes into the paper ejection passage. The movement of the lifting member may be effected according to the size or the kind of the printing paper or depending on whether a sorter is connected to the printer or not. Thus, an appropriate curvature can be given to the ejected printing paper without requiring any manual work by the user. Thus, a satisfactory paper ejecting operation can be ensured at all times without requiring any manual work by the operator of the stencil printing device.
