    Abstract: A painting device functional testing apparatus for testing functions of painting devices of a painting apparatus comprises the same devices as the painting apparatus and a paint supply system having the same pipe configuration as the painting apparatus. The functions of each device of the painting apparatus are tested by replacing one of the devices by a new device to be installed in the painting apparatus, measuring the pressure at the paint supply side and the paint exhaust side of the replaced device, and detecting the pressure variation of the replaced device.
