  • Publication number: 20050020271
Abstract: The invention provides a frequency hopping method for switching a hopping carrier frequency in a predetermined hopping pattern based on a hopping carrier table, in which there is provided intermittent receiving means for starting carrier frequency designating means every constant cycle to give a command for receiving the control channels of opposed radio base stations. In the case in which a hopping order in a hopping carrier table is skipped by n to carry out switching every intermittent receiving cycle in an intermittent receiving operation, an intermittent receiving cycle is set in such a manner that the n and a total number m of hopping carrier frequencies in the hopping carrier table have a prime relationship with each other.

  • Publication number: 20050018625
Abstract: The present invention relates to a radio communication system of a frequency hopping system, which carries out time division multiplex by TDMA and carrying out communications while changing over two or more frequencies with respect to a radio link, wherein it is therefore an object to effectively utilize radio resources by establishing a plurality of radio links. The first communication apparatus periodically transmits control data by a frame cycle and the second communication apparatus of a communication partner thereof receives the above-described control information during standby and secures synchronization in timing of frames and slots and timing of frequency hopping, wherein communication signals between both communication apparatuses and control information are overlapped in a slot to establish radio links.

  • Publication number: 20050007987
Abstract: In a time division multiplex access (TDMA-TDD) type wireless communication system in which a communication operation is carried out between a first communication apparatus (mother appliance) and a second communication apparatus (child appliance), and since a slot diversity mode is selected while considering power consumption on the side of the second communication apparatus, the wireless communication system performs such a wireless communication having a higher wireless quality. Based upon a power supply remaining energy capacity on the side of the second communication apparatus, and an electromagnetic wave environment when a wireless signal is received, a slot diversity mode is selected.

  • Patent number: 6328478
Abstract: A rolling bearing for a bearing unit is applicable to so-called under-race lubrication employing an oil air method or an oil mist method. A lubrication oil is supplied toward rolling elements (10) through oil supply channels (21) from a bottom (18) of an annular groove (14) formed in one end face (13) of an inner ring (5). A V-shaped groove (20) is provided along an edge of a raceway groove (8) of the inner ring (5) circumferentially of the inner ring. Outlet ports (25) of the oil supply channels (21) are provided in a recess defined by one of inclined surfaces of the V-shaped groove (20). A space (S) is defined between the outlet ports (25) and the rolling elements (10). A sufficient amount of air flows through the space (S), whereby the lubrication oil is supplied to the rolling elements (10) and the raceway groove (8).

  • Patent number: 5444206
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a welded metal container by first arc welding a branch pipe to a trunk pipe. The arc welding of the pipes together causes both of the pipes to be thermally deformed. The end surfaces of the pipes are then cut by a laser cutting or mechanical cutting process so that the ends of the trunk pipe are in parallel and perpendicular to the end of the branch pipe. Subsequently flanges are laser welded to the ends of the pipes without further thermally deforming the pipes. The metal container made by this process can be used as a sheath for a gas insulated switch gear.
