  • Patent number: 8394884
Abstract: A coating material includes a first aqueous dispersion (A) and a second aqueous dispersion (B) wherein a dispersoid of the first aqueous dispersion (A) has an average particle diameter of 1 to 20 ?m and a dispersoid of the second aqueous dispersion (B) has an average particle diameter 1/100 to ? of that of the dispersoid of the first aqueous dispersion (A), and the mass ratio (the aqueous dispersion (A)/the aqueous dispersion (B)) of the dispersoid of the first aqueous dispersion (A) to the dispersoid of the second aqueous dispersion (B) is 2/1 to 100/1. Also provided is a container, which is coated with the coating material and has excellent properties.

  • Patent number: 8074427
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for producing a container packing filler are provided, which ensure that a net can be correctly and speedily rolled up into a bulk or ball shape. A stretchable tubular net (N) is fitted around a columnar support member (6). Then, a distal portion of the net is forcibly folded radially outward or inward by a plurality of roller belts (30) disposed circumferentially of the net (N), while the roller belts (30) are moved toward a net proximal side axially of the net (N), whereby the net (N) is rolled up radially outward or inward with the distal portion thereof being forcibly folded by circular rotation and axial movement of the roller belts (30) to form an annular roll portion (C).

  • Patent number: 7815049
Abstract: A container packing filler includes an annular roll portion formed by folding one of axially opposite end portions of a stretchable tubular net radially outward and rolling the net toward the other end portion of the net, and a rigid holder portion provided at the other end portion of the net. The holder portion has sufficient axial length and a width greater than the diameter of a center hole of the annular roll portion so that, when the holder portion of the packing filler is squeezed into the center hole of the annular roll portion, the annular roll portion is expanded from the inside thereof by the holder portion and layers of the annular roll portion are unitarily rolled inward.

  • Publication number: 20100189942
Abstract: A blister packaging multilayer resin film is used to produce a blister package in which an item is sealed between a support substrate and the multilayer resin film, wherein the multilayer resin film includes an oxygen barrier layer that is arranged on a side of the multilayer resin film which side faces the support substrate, and a moisture proof layer that is arranged on a side of the oxygen barrier layer which side does not face the support substrate.

  • Publication number: 20090078608
Abstract: A container packing filler (1) includes an annular roll portion (3) formed by folding one of axially opposite end portions of a stretchable tubular net (2) radially outward and rolling the net (2) toward the other end portion of the net (2), and a rigid holder portion (4) provided at the other end portion of the net (2). The holder portion (4) has a necessary and sufficient axial length and a maximum width (W) greater than the diameter (R) of a center hole (5) of the annular roll portion (3) so that, when the holder portion (4) of the packing filler (1) is squeezed into the center hole (5) of the annular roll portion (3), the annular roll portion (3) is expanded from the inside thereof by the holder portion (4) and layers of the annular roll portion (3) are unitarily rolled inward. Therefore, the bulging of only the outermost layer of the annular roll portion is prevented which may otherwise occur when the holder portion is squeezed.
