  • Patent number: 7325383
Abstract: A tubular film is flattened to form a continuous two-ply film in which the two side edges are continuously connected in the longitudinal direction. This two-ply film is curved into a tubular form, the two side edges are overlapped, and a vertical seal portion is formed in the overlapping portion to form a tube body, and the tube body is filled with a product. The tube body that has been filled with product is horizontally sealed, and the horizontal seal portion that has been thus formed is cut to produce a two-ply bag package.

  • Publication number: 20050220376
Abstract: A multi-bag comprises a multi-film made by superposing at least an inner film and an outer film and sealing the cylindrically curved superposed region to form a back seal. The multi-film constituting the multi-bag is a double film formed by flattening a tube-like film into a two-layer form, with the opposite end edges, which are parallel with the direction of extrusion, continuing to each other. The multi-bag is formed in a sealed state by a back seal, a planar seal at one end, and a planar seal at the other end. The supply system for the multi-film may be such that one system is prepared for each double so as to simplify the device. Further, in the film supply process, it is possible to obtain a multi-bag of high quality without applying a shift-preventive means to between the multi-films.

  • Publication number: 20050221040
Abstract: A fuel tube having an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) layer formed of an EVOH-based extruded EVOH material, and a modified MHDPE layer formed of an extruded MHDPE material which is based on modified medium high density polyethylene (modified MHDPE) or is based on a polymer alloy containing mainly modified MHDPE. The modified MHDPE is a dicarboxylic acid-modified material having a melt mass flow rate value (190° C.: JIS K 7210) of about 0.01 to 0.9 g/10min. The interlayer adherability between the EVOH layer 14 and the modified MHDPE layer 16 is maintained while maintaining the anti-fuel permeability and the flexibility of the fuel tube 12.

  • Publication number: 20030118766
Abstract: A fuel tube having an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) layer formed of an EVOH-based extruded EVOH material, and a modified HDPE layer formed of an extruded HDPE material which is based on modified high density polyethylene (modified HDPE) or is based on a polymer alloy containing mainly modified HDPE. The modified HDPE is a dicarboxylic acid-modified material having a melt mass flow rate value (190° C.: JIS K 7210) of about 0.2 to 10.0 g/10 min. The interlayer adherability between the EVOH layer 14 and the modified HDPE layer 16 is maintained while maintaining the anti-fuel permeability and the flexibility of the fuel tube 12.

  • Patent number: 6037025
Abstract: A reinforced rubber hose including an inner tube and a reinforcing yarn layer externally contacting the inner tube. The inner tube includes at least an inner-tube inside layer and an inner-tube outside layer, the inner-tube outside layer being formed of a vulcanized diene rubber composition, the inner-tube inside layer being formed of a vulcanized hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition. Both the diene rubber compound and the hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition are vulcanized by a sulfur vulcanization agent. Further, the diene rubber composition contains about 5 to 25 phr of talc, wherein the talc has an average particle diameter of about 1 to 5 .mu.m and an aspect ratio of about 5 to 20.
