    Abstract: Fixing members are mounted, at predetermined intervals, on the top portion of a footing that is built along a road. A concrete-type board having vertical through-holes is mounted on the footing through the fixing member. Steel rods each having top and bottom threaded portions are inserted into the respective through-holes of the board with the bottom threaded portions being threadedly engaged with the respective fixing members. Upper nuts are engaged with the top threaded portions of the respective rods, to thereby fix the board onto the footing.
