  • Patent number: 9045286
Abstract: A food and drink conveying device allows a travel body carrying food and drink to stably travel along a curved path of a travel path while maintaining stability. A travel body (7) includes a travel body main unit (26), and a leading body (27) at the front end of the travel body main unit (26) in the travel direction. The leading body (27) is supported by the travel body main unit (26) so as to be pivotable in a horizontal plane. Contact sections (29) are provided to both sides of the leading body (27) in the widthwise direction relative to the travel direction and aligned on either side in the travel direction. The contact sections (29) provided on the inner side of a curved path portion (10a) are configured to make contact in the curved path (10a) at two locations in a travel path (1a).

  • Patent number: 8616366
Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide a food and drink conveying device that can allow a travel body to travel stably over a travel path. A food and drink conveying device (1) can allow a travel body (7) to travel over a travel path (1a) using a magnetic force between a first magnetic body (18) and a second magnetic body (19) by driving a conveyor driving body (15) and is provided with a lift preventing means (34) in close proximity to the second magnetic body (19), where the lift preventing means (34) makes contact with the travel path (1a) so as to prevent the second magnetic body (19) from lifting due to the magnetic force between the first magnetic body and the second magnetic body (19) and moves together with the conveyor driving body (15).

  • Publication number: 20120181151
Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide a food and drink conveying device where resistance produced in a curved path in the direction opposite to the direction in which the conveyor driving body is conveyed can be minimized. The conveyor driving body is provided with an annular belt body (15) which continuously travels along the travel path (1a). In addition, a guide means is provided with forward-moving rollers (37a) that are supported so as to be pivotable in a horizontal plane on the inner side of the forward-going belt body (15b) in a curved path (10a) and backward-moving rollers (37b) that are supported so as to be pivotable in a horizontal plane on the inner side of the backward-going belt body (15c) in the curved path (10a).
