Patents by Inventor Shio KOMIYA

Shio KOMIYA has filed for patents to protect the following inventions. This listing includes patent applications that are pending as well as patents that have already been granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

  • Publication number: 20240067674
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for efficiently producing a peptide compound of high purity at a high yield. It was found that an amino acid can be efficiently loaded on a resin for solid-phase synthesis by bringing an amino acid solution containing a specific solvent into contact with a resin for solid-phase synthesis that has been swollen with a specific solvent, thereby solving such problem.

  • Publication number: 20230303619
Abstract: The present inventors found that peptide compounds/amide compounds in which the protecting groups of interest are removed and/or which are removed from resins for solid-phase synthesis can be produced without main chain damage by contacting starting peptide compounds/amide compounds with silylating agents.

  • Publication number: 20230056969
Abstract: The present inventors found that, in the synthesis of a peptide compound involving condensation of a C-terminal-activated substance of an acid component with an amine component, the C-terminal-activated substance can be removed by mixing a solution containing a residual C-terminal-activated substance after a condensation reaction with a tertiary amine and water or an aqueous solution.
