Abstract: A pliable handle is defomable as it being held. When the force is released, the pliable handle will retain a deformed shape temporarily and return to an original shape gradually. The pliable handle comprises a middle rod, a lower rod below the middle rod; the lower rod having a buckling seat and an upper position plate; an upper positioning trench being formed between the buckling seat and the upper positioning plate; a plastic cover enclosing around the lower rod; the plastic cover encloses the thin bag containing gel so as to form a space between the lower rod and the thin bag, which is allowed to be wrapped around with several circles; and a base combined to the lower rod and tightly engaging a lower edge of the plastic cover.

Abstract: The present invention is aimed to provide a pliable handle, which is cost-effective, speedily assemble, to improve the stability of the central pole and to prevent the gel from leaking out. It is characteristic of a plastic cover placed over a central pole partly defined a gel containing portion for filling gel. Both of the plastic cover and the central pole have stopper flanges or annular lips at their ends to seal the gel portion. Only a set of injection through bores formed through the proximal flange and lip to fit such as a needle-like injector of syringe-like barrel to inject a gel to fill the gel-containing portion. After injection, a projected stopper spindle further presses and seals the set of injection through bores. Said central pole is passed through a proximal cap then secures a distal cap to shape a stable pliable handle.

By above components, a user grips the hammer to impact the stopper downward continually; or the inner hammer is used to impact against the stopper upward with an upstroke continually; so that the tube body and inserting rod are impelled to anchor into soil or separate from ground.

The stand frame for an umbrella utilizes the height-adjustable device and the angle-adjusting device to control the expansion/contraction and angular orientation of the umbrella frame thereof. The height-adjustable device provides a mechanism by which the middle section of the shaft can rotate horizontally, so as to move the umbrella frame about the shaft. A pull string extending from the shaft to the umbrella frame drives a vertical movement of the upper section of the shaft and the expansion of the umbrella frame simultaneously. A set of other pull strings are manipulated by the angle-adjusting device to vary the angular orientation of the umbrella frame in three dimensions.

By the movement of the button of the control switch, the orientations of the umbrella in expanding and folding operation are adjustable.
