    Abstract: A compressor of an embodiment includes three suction pipes. A first center of a first suction pipe, a second center of a second suction pipe, and a third center of a third suction pipe are positioned at vertices of a triangle. A first distance between the first center and a center of a compressor main body is smaller than a second distance between the second center and the center of the compressor main body and a third distance between the third center and the center of the compressor main body. The first suction pipe is connected to a first suction port on an uppermost side. A second virtual plane on which a central axis of a main curved pipe part of the second suction pipe is disposed and a third virtual plane on which a central axis of a main curved pipe part of the third suction pipe is disposed are inclined to opposite sides from each other with respect to a first virtual plane on which a central axis of a main curved pipe part of the first suction pipe is disposed.

    Abstract: A rotary compressor of an embodiment has a rotating shaft, an electric motor, a compression mechanism, a balancer, and a balancer cover. The compression mechanism has a cylinder, a main bearing, and a sub-bearing. The balancer is provided on the rotating shaft on a second side of the sub-bearing in an axial direction thereof. The balancer cover covers the balancer. A lubricating oil supply path that opens on a second side end face in the axial direction is provided in the rotating shaft. A supply hole that allows the supply path to communicate with the outside of the balancer cover is formed in the balancer cover at a position facing the supply path in the axial direction. A seal mechanism that seals between the balancer cover and the rotating shaft is provided between the balancer cover and the rotating shaft while allowing relative movement between the balancer cover and the rotating shaft in the axial direction.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a crank portion is formed from a crank piece, an element separate from a shaft portion. The crank piece includes a fitting hole in which the shaft portion is fit by predetermined “interference” and a slit-like slot with one end opened in an inner circumferential surface of the fitting hole, and an other end closed inside the crank piece. The fitting hole is deformed so as to expand its diameter when expanding a width of the slot. The shaft portion is fit in the fitting hole of the crank piece by the predetermined “interference” when inserted in the deformed fitting hole and the fitting hole restores an original form while the shaft portion is in the fitting hole.
